Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide:

Questions you submit to our AI advisors

The Service is free. We do not require an account, and we do not collect payment information, names, or email addresses to use it.

Automatically Collected Information:

IP address (used briefly to apply usage limits and prevent abuse)
Browser type and version, device information, and request timestamps, as recorded in standard server logs by our hosting provider

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Send your question to our AI provider and deliver the generated responses
Apply fair-use limits so the Service stays free for everyone
Prevent fraud, abuse, and automated misuse
Keep the Service running and fix problems
Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share data only with:

Anthropic: Your questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses (subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and commercial terms)
Namecheap: Our hosting provider, which processes requests and keeps server logs (subject to Namecheap's Privacy Policy)
Google Fonts: Our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information when fonts are requested
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. AI Processing

Your questions are processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic's Claude). We do not store your questions or the responses, and we keep no conversation history. Your question is transmitted to Anthropic for processing, and Anthropic handles it under its own data policies. Please do not include names, contact details, account numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in your questions.

5. Data Retention

Questions and responses are not stored by us after delivery
For usage limits, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with a request count for up to one hour, then delete it automatically
Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider's retention policies

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Access your personal data
Request deletion of your data
Opt out of certain data processing
File a complaint with a data protection authority

Because we do not keep your questions or link them to an identity, in most cases we will have no stored data to return or delete.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and keeping our AI credentials on the server rather than in your browser. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use our Service at your own risk.

8. Cookies

We do not set cookies and do not use tracking or advertising technologies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

TERMS OF USE

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rich Pimp Poor Pimp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rich Pimp Poor Pimp is a free entertainment and informational service that provides AI-generated lifestyle advice from two distinct, exaggerated comedic characters:

"Rich Pimp" — a luxury-minded, old-money perspective
"Poor Pimp" — a budget-conscious, street-smart perspective

You can ask one persona or both. These are fictional, satirical personas. Their attitudes are played for humor and do not reflect our views.

Products, brands, places, and websites. The personas may name specific vehicles, watches, restaurants, destinations, websites, apps, and tools. These mentions are AI-generated suggestions, not endorsements, sponsorships, or affiliate links. We receive nothing from any business mentioned. Prices, availability, ratings, and details may be outdated or wrong, so always check current information with the seller or provider before you buy, book, or sign anything.

The Service is provided free of charge. No payment or account is required.
To keep the Service available to everyone, we apply fair-use limits, such as a maximum number of questions per hour and a maximum question length.
We may change, reduce, or remove these limits, or introduce new ones, at any time.
If we ever introduce paid features, we will update these Terms and clearly tell you before you are charged anything.
